I uploaded the firmware on a NanoStation Loco M2, upgraded it, and was able to get to the initial setup page.

When I changed the node name, and my password, the unit rebooted, and now I can no longer get to the web page to log into the unit. I also get a red LED on the third LED from the left. Have no idea what that even means.

I can see this node from my linksys mesh node, but when I click the link it comes up with web page unavailable.

I get no response when I ping 192.168.1.1, nslookup can't find the server.

unplug/replug your network cable to get your PC to acquire a new IP address.

I've unplugged, multiple times. Its acting like the nano has a different ip address completely. I named it KK6HRJ-Nano-001 and my Linksys node is KK6HRJ-T001. The T001 node can see the Nano-001 node no problem, 100% signal since they are 5 ft apart. If I click t he Nano-001 thru my T001 mesh node I get a message, web page is unavailable.

This is what I get when I click on the Nano-001 node thru my T001 node. This webpage is not available ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED Isn't the T001 node supposed to be supplying the DNS functionality? Or am I mistaken?

if you plug your PC directly into the node (into the LAN side of the power injector).. can you navigate to: http://localnode.local.mesh:8080

btw, the RED led indicates that this node has found/connected to at least one other mesh node.

Thanks for the info K5DLQ, that's nice to know. I finally figured it out. I had set a static ip to 192.168.1.2 as the instructions told me to. Today I realized that the node provides DHCP, so I set it to obtain the IP automatically, and then did an ipconfig, and found out that the ip is 10.38.39.201 and I was able to connect immediately. So everything was working just fine, I just had to think about it a bit.
