I have successfully downloaded firmware version 0.4.1 into my WRT54GL router. I always like to be able to back out any firmware I download into the WRT54GL. I have tried numerous times to download something else into the router without success. The 0.4.1 firmware denies my attempts. The 0.4.1 firmware is alive and well and responds to any other command I submit to it.

So my question is what do I have to do to download into the WRT54GL the original Linksys firmware ro any other appropriate firmware?

Check the Problems and Answers section of the forums. We went through this yesterday in that forum and the user was able to load the firmware he wished. -Glenn KD5MFW

It worked. I was able to load the original firmware. Thank you.
