The Albany Amateur Radio Association will be operating Field Day this year from its usual location at the Hailes Cave Area of Thatcher State Park in Voorheesville NY. We plan to have an HSMM-MESH node at the site operating throughout the FD operation. From this site on the edge of the Helderbergs we can see most of the Capital Region to the north. If you can see the Helderbergs and want to try putting a node on for FD take a look for us. The node call will either be KM2O or K2CT. This test will be our first true deployment of a network and will be useful as we start to plan permanent nodes and applications. Thanks Dave KM2O
