Does the firmware work for the Picostation too?

From looking at this post, http://www.broadband-hamnet.org/hsmm-mesh-forums/view-postlist/forum-37-ubnt-firmware/topic-759-help-us-gather-info-on-ubnt-devices.html#ccbp3485, it seems to be so. And, from looking at the datasheet, it looks like it meets the basic memory requirements (http://dl.ubnt.com/datasheets/picostationm/picom2hp_DS.pdf)

Jim is close,

The table listed is NOT the list of supported devices (though it does show some of the support)

Currently the picostation M2 is NOT supported. Only the ones in BLUE are supported.

http://www.broadband-hamnet.org/hsmm-mesh-forums/view-postlist/forum-37-ubnt-firmware/topic-759-help-us-gather-info-on-ubnt-devices.html?start=20#ccbp3575

Shows we have been provided a copy of the board.info file (we need this to get some info about the device)

What this means is now that we have the file we will try and get it into a future release. We are looking to get as many of the M5's as we can into the next release (and the picostation would also hopefully make it into the release)

Two things have to come into play for it to be officially supported now that we have the board.info

1) We implement the changes needed to make the device work.

2) Users confirm it work during an alpha release, otherwise if we don't have confirmation it works we will decide what to do at that time (to release as unsupported but having a higher chance at working, or not to include at all)

Why both the steps?

Well the main reason is when we say it works, were standing behind it and expect it to work, we don't want to tell everyone it works only to find out it does not.

Would I have liked to see support out for M5 and Picostation by now?  Yes, but its taken a little longer than expected to get all the information.

Keep an eye on the site for news on new releases.  I am intending to release several times this year with new bands and devices and new features.

KG6JEI would be a better source of answers than I. However, just to clarify my statement: "it seems to be so" meant it seems to be so for a future release.
(I replied with a more detailed answer, but it didn't post and I lost my detailed answer, so the one you see is a shortened version of the original post)
