I am looking for the best source for the POE  Capacitors to protect the node when using POE-

The one that was recommended in the  webinar was

10000mfd capacitor 50v 105c

They were talked about at a price of $2  

Any help ?   Thank you

I'm not sure I understand this request, protect the node with a capacitor?

Are you maybe thinking a surge suppressor?

Or are you just wanting to smooth the power at the far end of the run?

I just used a pair of diodes to prevent reverse polarity. Worked well, are you worried about over voltage?

It is discussed extensively on the webinar located here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_YYX5qXVDjs POE is discussed about 2:25:00 in to the webinar. It is to smooth the power at the far end of the run. I am looking for a good affordable supplier.

Thank you Jim, I found mouser as a supplier but after shipping and ordering just a couple from mouser they are expensive. I was hoping someone here would say they had a bag full and would send me a couple for a few bucks plus postage-
