Hello all, I installed the bbhn-3.1.0-wrt300n_v1-2.4-squashfs.bin version of the firmware for the Linksys WRT300N. I think I made a mistake and assigned the SUBNET MASK to 255.255.255.0. Yes I'm fairly sure that was where my problem started. Since I saved the 10.0.0.1 as the router IP Address and the before mentioned SUBNET MASK, out of habit I guess and I've lost most touch with the router. Is there a way I can telnet (went in the telnet 192.168.1.1 using the reboot wait about 2.5 seconds and hold the restart button, so that I could connect to the router) Now I was wondering if in somewhere like /etc/config/networks if I can reset the default back into the router? If I can where might they be found and reset to what? I also had changed the node id to w4qed-100 I have a WRT54GS with v3 (w4qed-103) on it and the WRT300 does not show up at any time on the network.
Thanks and 73, Ben ARS w4qed
