Greetings;

Had few router with 1.0 version and need to upgrade those to 3.1 but I forgot the setup password. How I can reset the password to able able to connect and do the firmware upgrade. Used Default user: root and Password Hsmm and does't work, any help will be appreciate.

Please note: The process works, but some of the information I mentioned was inaccurate. If you would like, you can type "setpasswd abc." I read the called script after making the video and not only does it replace the system password, it also replaces the passwords found in /etc/httpd.conf with the one you specified.

Excellent, thank you . . . instead of doing "setpasswd abc" (which did not seem to work for the password I entered), I did the "cat /etc/httpd.conf" (figured out why my password did not work, or at least it appeared it did not like some of the characters I entered).
