We have formed a working group in West Michigan. The group wlll be working to create, and use MESH Networks for events, and special deployments in the area. We currently have around 10-12 persons that are getting the gear before we start projects.

Hello...  We have a small work-group starting here in Big Rapids too.  I'm glad to see some activity here in Mi on the West side.  We have a small collection of nodes set up -- about seven.  We are conducting some testing to determine the best way to deploy nodes locally.  www.braarc.net

We are still learning about uses for the network...

Glad to see some interest in the state for HSMM :) Any chance there could be a face to face in August that can be arranged? OH..I forgot to mention that I do have a 'pipe dream' for the state and HSMM-mesh What I am thinking is working on setting up meshnodes and meshAPs along the major routes across the state so as to have connectivity from the UP to Lansing and from Detroit to Muskegon or even Chicago if we can so do it. These routes would be: I69 I75 I96 I94 US127 US131 US31 Yup, a pipe dream but where would we be if Marconi didn't follow up on radio? James W8ISS

I have hardware to deploy in EN82hi. Could provide inet access here. KU8L Livonia. Also interested in access to the chain from BigRapids as I have a temp cabin site in Hersey
